Common Questions

Does Tidy Turd Terminators clean my entire yard?

Yes! Tidy Turd Terminators will clean any part of your property where dog waste is found—including front yards, backyards, side yards, dog runs, gravel areas, flower beds, and more. If the poop is there, we’ll find it and remove it.

Does Tidy Turd Terminators offer year-round service?

We sure do. Tidy Turd Terminators provides pet waste removal services all year long, no matter the season. Even during winter months, we continue service as long as conditions allow. In snowy areas, we remove any visible or accessible waste to keep your yard as clean as possible.

How is my dog’s safety protected during service?

Your dog’s safety—and yours—is a top priority. All tools and footwear are cleaned and disinfected between properties using a safe, kennel-grade solution to prevent cross-contamination. After the job is done, a photo of your closed gate is taken for your peace of mind, confirming your yard is secure before we leave.

Can you clean the yard while my dog is outside?

Absolutely! We’re love work with dogs in the yard—as long as they’re friendly. However, we request that during the first visit someone is home to introduce your dog(s) to your service technician. If your dog is protective or has shown aggressive behavior, we ask that they be brought inside during service. If safety becomes a concern, you may be asked to secure your dog or risk a pause in service.

Can I choose my cleanup day and time?

You can request your preferred service day, and we’ll do our best to match it. While specific days and times may not always be available in every area. You will know the day of your scheduled yard cleanup and we will send you a text about an hour before our service technician’s planned arrival.
